Jonathan Harfield Fitness is the result of a young football player’s aspiration to help others in their fitness journey. As a student, our founder was involved in his local football and, later on, rugby teams, which set the foundation for his interest in sports and conditioning. Jonathan Harfield developed an interest into how, with proper nutrition and conditioning, he can improve his performance on the field. With the support of his football and rugby coaches, he began to develop his knowledge and skills and, later on, pursued a university degree in Applied Sport and Exercise. This enabled him to acquire an extensive amount of knowledge and practical experience that enabled him to set up his own fitness business.
At the beginning, Jonathan Harfield Fitness was offering help and support to footballers and other athletes, however, as the business expanded, so did the range of clients it was serving. Now, the business’ clients range from university students, to people recovering from injuries, to individuals who are getting into exercising for the first time. He has put a lot of effort into developing a comprehensive set of resources for new clients, which help determine their level of physical activity and the best regime for their schedules. People can benefit from not only a tailor-made exercise routine, but also from a detailed nutrition plan to go along with it. The preferences and goals of each individual client are taken into careful consideration and no two training programs are ever the same.
The idea behind the establishment of the Jonathan Harfield Fitness business is that everyone should be able to afford to be healthy and active. Our founder has made an effort to ensure that people can afford to use the business’ services, by spreading the cost over time and by choosing the right type of plan for their capabilities. Jonathan is trying to eradicate the misconception that health and fitness require a lot of money- in fact, a lot of the training plans he devises do not call for any additional equipment. If you are someone who prefers to work out from the comfort of their own home, you can easily request a home training program that will be just as effective.
What makes Jonathan Harfield Fitness different than other personal training services is that it emphasises on both physical and psychological health- clients have regular check-ins to ensure that they feel happy with their training schedule and to make modifications when necessary. You will receive support and advice throughout the whole duration of the program, which will help you achieve your goals in a short amount of time.
